Shipping costs are based on shipping via USPS Priority, unless other arrangements are made. Jewelry orders over $50 include free shipping (insurance, which is optional, is extra.). Most items will be shipped within 5 to 7 days; all items are shipped within 2 weeks.

Insurance

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended for all purchases. Insurance rates are based on the value of your purchase and are as follows:

Up to $100: $3

$101 - $200: $4

$201 - $300: $5

$301 - $400: $6

$401 - $500: $7

$501 - $600: $8

$601 - $700: $9

$701 - $800: $10

Add $1 for each additional $100 in value over $800.

Return Policy

We make every effort to describe items as thoroughly as possible, including any imperfections or wear. We want you to be as informed as possible about your purchase, so please read descriptions carefully. If you have any questions about an item, please e-mail us before ordering.

If you are dissatisfied with your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving it for instructions for returning the order. Returns must be packaged exactly as they were received. A restocking fee may be charged on returns (with the exception of items damaged in shipping).

We take great care when packing items for shipping. If an item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. You will be responsible for taking the package (including all items and original packaging) to the parcel carrier used to file an insurance claim. They will send the claim to us and we will issue you a refund as soon as possible. You will be responsible for any items damaged in shipping for which you have not purchased insurance.
